Check Your Car - You Could Save a Life!!

I started a new job last week. I get the pleasure of leaving at 5:00 in the morning. A few weeks ago my brothers cat hitched a ride under my mom's car to the gas station. Luckily my mom heard poor Reese freaking out and was able to get her out and bring her back home. After that I'm terrified that it's going to happen again, so even though my car is sticky and filthy, every morning before I leave I kick around the edges and pound on the hood to get out any kitty's that may be trying to stay warm in the early morning hours. Definitely take this into consideration as the whether gets colder and you head out for the day.
